Life is hard for the stateless in Thailand, but at least the young have access to education and a narrow pathway toward eventual citizenship. For the older members of the stateless community, life often passes them by, and many die as they were born: legally invisible. To address this tragic lack of basic rights and services, ADRA offers—among other things— a mobile medical clinic to meet the health needs of those on the margins of society. For some, this is the first time they have received medical treatment.
